How do I get started?

iTunes, Apple's proprietary MP3 organizer/aggregator, is responsible for transferring your downloaded program(s) to the iPod.

Once you download the iTunes player click on Podcasts and click at the top where it says "Advanced" and then click "Subscribe to Podcast".
